Emergencies There is a doctor available for after-hour emergencies. Instructions for your pet's emergency care are available by calling  209.527.5855 Appointments Our office personnel try to meet all appointments on schedule. We are sometimes delayed because of emergencies or a patient that requires more time than anticipated. You can help prevent such inconveniences to yourself and to others by making appointments well in advance and by promptly canceling those you are unable to keep. Hospitalization Reports When your pet is hospitalized, please telephone us daily for a report on the progress of your pet's condition. Payment Policy It is our policy to request payment for services at the time they are performed, unless prior arrangements have been made. For the convenience of our clients, we will honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit as part of our payment policy. Discussion of Fees The best client relationships are maintained when there is open discussion and understanding of fees for services rendered. Fee estimates are available for any and all services upon request. Dr. Kahler will be happy to discuss any questions or concerns pertaining to your pets' health, diagnosis and prognosis. We invite your questions and suggestions regarding the services we provide.  The office staff is prepared to discuss charges for all services.
